“Detox” from anxiety before sleeping in less than 5 minutes with these Hollywood energy healer tips

Happen again. Despite being sold out after a long day, when you crawl on the bed, you don’t think you fall asleep. What does it give?

According to Oliver Niño, a spiritual coach and energy healing for celebrities like Tony Robbins and Jessica Alba, the problem is that you have not had the opportunity to disregard you.

“Anxiety is usually accumulating -because people continue from the day, and they sleep with him, and then wake up the next day and they really couldn’t sleep enough and the anxieties of the day before they follow -during the next day, and a kind of snowball,” he told The Post.

And the more busy, the more you have to practice, as he says, the “detox of night anxiety”.

“Many times, people say,” I don’t have time to do much, “he said.” For me, it is reversed. The harder it is, the more you have to do. ”

As he works with very busy customers, Niño focuses on techniques that can be done in five minutes or less.

He shared his strategies in his new book, “Do this Before Bed: simple 5 -minute practices that will change your life”, and revealed some favorites in the publication.

Color therapy

“Color therapy is when you go to bed or when you meditate and imagine different colors that go down and fill you,” he said.

It has been practiced since ancient Egypt, based on the belief that colors have different energies and contain healing properties.

Next time you are in bed, Niño recommends imagining “White down from the sky, fill in, and then experiment with different colors until you find one that brings peace.

Geometric breathing

Yoga practitioners probably already know the magical effects of breathing: consciously inhaling and exhaling a fixed time, letting go the good and let go of the bad.

Niño likes “geometric breathing” because he “uses patterns”: inhaling for five seconds, keeping his breath for five and exhales in five.

“And while you do it, you are visualizing: you are inhaling positive energy, you are inhaling love and light. You are imagining it,” he said. “And when you are releasing, when you are exhaling, breathe each stress, every anxiety, everything you kept that day.”

Rope cut

Sometimes people can drain, and maybe you will not even notice the amount that still influence your mood, even when they are no longer physically there.

That is why Niño practices the technique of “cord cut”.

“If someone affects me, I probably have what I call an energy cord that hooks me, and this cord is how emotions and energy travel between two people,” he said.

When this happens, it uses color therapy to imagine -of light in the sky, followed by another visualization exercise.

“I imagine my hands are swords,” he said. Once he has established his intention to unleash the one who affects him, he imagines that he cuts these cords.

“Anxiety tends to accumulate -because people continue from the day and sleep with him,” Niño said. Pictures of getty

Physical activity

While the mode may vary, Niño recommends doing something physical to release anxious energy before sleeping.

“For some people, their routine could be published and, after publishing or doing their works of art, they feel better because they are able to express all this additional energy and go on paper,” he said.

“For some people, they are more physical, right?

Other options include taking a salt bath, lighting some incense, listening to a guided meditation or a sound bath or even sorting the house.

Laughter therapy

It is a cliché, but laughter is really the best medicine, and can only do the trick to reduce anxiety.

“Some people, they want laughter therapy, such as Netflix, to move on Instagram, look at something that makes them laugh or remove their minds,” he said. “And when they laugh, anxiety cannot accumulate.”

Before saying anything, yes, this advice involves blue light, which we know is bad for sleeping. But sometimes well -being is an act of balance, where it is better not to let the perfect enemy the enemy of good.

“It will not be perfect,” he said. “But for me, laughter is better than anxiety, right?”
