Most z and millennial gene are in a “constant” state of concern, with a 10% daily programming of worry time: Survey

One in ten young people North -Americans program “time of concern”, according to new research.

The survey at 2,000 North -American general populations revealed that 10% of the North -Americans (Z Z and Millennial packaging) program a specific time in their day to worry.

This is compared to only 3% of the North -older Americans (Gen X and Baby Boomers) surveyed.

The survey asked respondents why they schedule “concern”, or why they would consider it (38%) – and revealed several advantages.

The respondents said that it helps reduce the worrying time and allows them to manage their anxiety.

Having an established time to worry will also help mental health and limit both the impact of stress on your life and how much you care about things outside your control.

Directed by Talker Research on behalf of the avocado green mattress before the land day of April, the survey also studied more generally “concern” and the impact it has on the life of the North -Americans.

Forty-seven percent of the respondents said that they feel as if they were in a “constant” state of concern, and this was much more common for younger respondents.

Six out of 10 (62%) of Z Z and Millennial surveyed coincided with this, against 38% of the X and Baby Boomers surveyed.

And the results found that the person surveyed cares for two hours and 18 minutes a day.

When asked when the day usually worry, a third said they care when they are alone (33%).

Thirty percent is also worrying before falling asleep -while others said their concern tends to hit -when they wake up in the morning (17%) or when they prepare for bed (12%).

“The concern does not only affect our mindset; it can also affect our sleep,” said Brooke Witt, Vice President of Marketing at the Avocado Green Mattress. “When our thoughts are worried about finances, family or our outstanding tasks lists, it can be harder to fall asleep and fall asleep, which affects the rest we feel the next day.

“We know how important the quality sleep is for general well -being and we promise to help people create a space for rest, even in the most busy and more stressful moments in life.”

The respondents were asked that they are worried as they fall asleep, and the survey revealed their finances (53%), their family (42%) and the things they need to take care of (42%) were the three main concerns.

More than half of the respondents surveyed are parents and were specifically asked about their children’s concerns.

Seventy-seven percent of parents surveyed said they are concerned about the world in which their son grows.

And 34% of parents specifically requested climate change, saying that climate change will limit their children’s options.

One of the parents said, “Honestly, I am worried that there is no world for my son”, while another does not “believe [my children] I will see and experiment with the things I grew up. “
