A United States governor tells the North -Americans to go on an excursion, literally.
West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey encourages residents to go out and walk at least one mile a day.
The state plans to designate the “official mountain” trails “in its 32 state parks with hiking trails.

According to the governor, the North -Americans again will need a multiprongit approach to reduce obesity, diabetes, stroke and congestive heart failure.

“You are removing the food shit, you are encouraging people to eat good food … ensuring -people work and have lives with intent, and we also encourage people to go out and exercise.”

According to Michaels, starting with a simple goal of 5,000 steps a day and using a walking pad is a fantastic way.

Hiking in nature has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression.
Stanford researchers have found that people who walked for 90 minutes in a natural outdoor environment showed a decrease in activity in a region of the brain related to depression.

“These results suggest that accessible natural areas can be vital to mental health in our world urbanizing rapidly,” said co -author Gretchen Daily, a Bing professor in environmental sciences, and a senior companion at the Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, in a study report.
“Our findings can help inform the growing movement worldwide to make cities more livable and to make nature more accessible to all who live in them.”
