Heidi Montag is anything but superficial about her health-even that she is not always as well rested as she would like.
“I came to the conclusion that, F Being a mother, I will be exhausted,” she admitted the post.
But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t do her best to eat healthily, work out and take care of herself. The 38-year-old star of reality told us about the health habits he lives from, since his exercise routine-he has changed a little since the fires in Los Angeles-Arte the trick to maintain his energy levels.
Keep everything in balance – and don’t forget the probiotics.
“I think eating healthy is the number one priority, because if you eat healthy, there is less pressure to enter the gym,” said Heidi.
The mother of two is not a devotee to any specific diet trend, but focuses on maintaining balance. It makes sure to have protein with each meal, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits. Some of your favorite foods are boiled eggs, avocados and bananas.
“But with the kids around, it’s really challenging!” She admitted. “I’m always going to bite the cake or noodles with cheese. It’s like, all the foods of these children are so good.”
Probiotics are also a great priority for intestinal health, so it incorporates things like yogurt and fermented pickles into your meal plan.
“I realized that my body works better with him. So I have yogurt every day,” she said.
Don’t think too much – fast and easy is critical.
This whole thing about “having children around” is certainly complicated, with Heidi sometimes making separate food for Gunner, 7, and Ryker, 2 and a half.
But she is happy to have a favorite meal in common with one of her children.
“My son’s favorite food is meat and rice, and he loves it, so I like it with him,” she said. “I only have fewer amounts of rice.
“I also want to eat whatever is fast and easy, because everyone eats in five seconds and are running around screaming. So I kind of moving. I don’t want to spend a lot of time. I don’t want to clean anything either!”
Rule No. 3: Get a pre-Ginian energy increase.
This is where she deals with her mother’s exhaustion: Heidi recently joined the Supplement Brand Ryde brand: in a new funny campaign that shows the benefits of her energy, focus and relaxation photos. .
“I definitely have my Ryde: Drink Energy, because you can’t exercise without a little impulse,” said Heidi.
“Sometimes it’s hard to enter the gym, and I will define a time, like an appointment,” he added.
Its routine includes a combination of treadmill and versaclimber for about half an hour, followed by raising heavy weights.
“I love working out. I love to lift weights. If I could do it every day, I would do,” she said.
She also loves her Squatmax, who is “changing her life” by eliminating back pain when she raises heavy.
But training has been difficult since January, when the house she shared with her husband Spencer Pratt burned on the fire of Los Angeles Palisades.
“From the fires, I don’t have the band width I used to, and I just have to cut so many things to be able to focus and prioritize.”
Heidi Montag
“We lost all our gym and weights at home and everything we accumulated during the pandemic,” she said. “I haven’t lifted heavy weights ever since.”
In fact, she thinks she only actually exercised – without including dance rehearsals – twice since the fires.
“But every day, I’m like, ‘ok, I’ll get in there!'” She said. “I have a dance rehearsal, but it’s definitely different from being at your gym, watching your show, listening to your music, or whatever, and having this time. So, for me, it’s really sacred to work, and it’s fun.”
Rule No. 4: Focus on strength, not weight.
Heidi is not worrying so much about the number on the scale when it comes to his exercises.
“It’s like putting money on the bank, you know?” she said. “I’m working toward a goal and I try not to focus on a weight because it floats – and sometimes I look better with more weight and sometimes less.
“I just want to be strong, and that’s my goal, not focused on weight.”
Also, she is a big fan of how she feels when she is in time at the gym – and the “time of me” she can enjoy while she is there.
“I love the endorphins. I love to have that time when I feel like I’m dedicating this time to myself and I can watch whatever you want. I think it’s the only time of the day I can watch whatever you want,” she said.
Bonus Rule: Do you need a little rest? Rest a little.
The training is great and everything, but sometimes what your body needs most is inactivity. In fact, several experts say it is better to sleep than to cut sleep to squeeze in an early morning training.
“My number one priority right now is rest, especially traveling, with such performance – I want to make sure I’m rested,” said Heidi. “And if I need it, that’s why I’m not going to the gym.”
She tries not to put too much pressure on herself today.
“I feel that since the fires, I don’t have the bandwidth I used to, and I just have to cut so many things so I can focus and prioritize,” she said.
“I had a lot of time to work mentally with this kind of loss and survival and how to advance … and now I’m like, in the way of agitation work too.
“So, I’m so moving now that I will prioritize rest when I can, but I just don’t want to stress. Stress is a killer, and I will only applaud what I can do when I can do it.
“In general, in life, not everyone can go to the gym every day. People are working, people are taking care of the children. So whenever you can get these victories, it’s great and, if not, you’re doing very well.”
