Day 1

Day 2

If there was some time when the work was appreciated from home, it was today. With a smoothie avocado for breakfast, I was a little exhausted to go outside, and instead opted for a stay throughout the day with orange beets juice as a refreshment and went to the asparagus soup for early lunch. No matter how hard the day was harder to spend, abundant lentil soup (about 400 calories) for dinner was a great way to end the day.

Day 3

My wishes went through a roller coaster, because I loved to hear -me healthier, but I still needed to have meat and dessert in my diet. However, one of the highlights of the day was the mixed fruit chia shake for breakfast, which was definitely my favorite in the meal plan. Breakfast was followed by a summer cold smoothie, refreshing beets, kiwi ginger and apple juice and lentil soup (it was clearly another of my favorite).

Day 4

When the day came, I felt lighter and more accustomed to the routine of the liquid diet. The day spent relatively gently: potassium loading for breakfast, peanut butter smoothie for a refreshment, zucchini soup for lunch, a pineapple avocado beaten for a PM refreshment and a dinner lentil soup. I did not find the need to consume a lot and I was satisfied by eating reasonable portions, enough to feel -full and capable of spending the day.

Day 5

No matter how much I loved diet, I understand why there is only one restriction of three or five days in the diet. In general, I felt more relaxed and refreshed, but I was also convinced that I couldn’t spend an additional week without solid food. That said, there are many meals (mixed fruit chia smoothie, lentil soup, potassium loads and holy hazelnut smoothie) in the plain, which will now be part of my daily routine to move towards a healthier lifestyle.
