I love to cook on weekends, especially when I am not linked to the weather and because I am able to control the ingredients I use, their freshness, quality, quantity and calories. The kitchen is varied and I really liked the plan. It gave me the experience of trying new Lebanese, Moroccan and international dishes.
At the end of the four weeks, I felt healthier both physically and psychologically. I realized that I also made a point to exercise more than normally. And I managed to lose a whole 3kgs, which was great, considering that I cheated on weekends.
