With a view to the picturesque Lucerne lake in Switzerland, only 45 minutes by Zurich’s car and an eight-hour New York flight, it is a five-star well-being shelter that adapts to Uber’s rich with money to save on a health change.
With prices from $ 10,000 a week, Visitors to Chenot Palace Weggis get a personalized plan that includes a strict diet, hydrotherapy sessions, massages, and extras that would like to add, from red light therapy to Botox infusions.
“I do not see it as a hotel. I see it as the Hospital of the Future,” Dr. George Gaitanos, operating director and scientific director of the Chenot group, told The Post.
People travel from all over the world to stay in the medical spa: guests have included tennis players in the Middle East and Swiss tennis players, according to Condé nast Traveler, although the guests in the United States are their second largest clientele.
Gaitanos said that many visitors are already quite aware of health, and Americans, in particular, are “very fit” and often connoisseurs of biohacking.
“They want to optimize their health,” he said.
There are six doctors, five acupuncturists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, nurses, masseurs and technical staff, covering all the bases for the health and well -being of gues’s needs.
Ultimately, Gaitanos says that this is a reestablishment, allowing customers to recharge and leave healthier – at the cellular level – than they arrived.
“The cells are each of the batteries. As time goes on, they become rusty and they run out of energy,” he said. But in Chenot, they put enough stress to those to give them an energy impulse.
The Chenot method
This involves a strict protocol that begins with a medical consultation and a series of diagnostic tests so that staff can adapt their plan to the individual needs of each person.
Everyone is put on a diet based on 850 calorie plants developed with the Nottingham School of Medicine. This type of restriction can be difficult in a country known for its fondue and chocolate, but visitors are on a mission here, and the calorie load is not on orders.
The goal is to allow the body to enter the ketogenesis so that the guests begin to burn fat while supporting the brain function. The hotel has even its own cookbook so that visitors, and those who cannot travel, can get the advantages at home.
Then the protocol is the hydrotherapy and mud wrapping, which Gaitanos says that the body’s body temperature increases more effectively than a sauna.
Hydrotherapy has long been used as an alternative treatment to help pain, rigidity and conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and even Parkinson’s.
The third step of the Chenot method is the practices of Oriental Medicine, including a daily massage.
Beyond that, there are many avant-garde treatments offered, including infusions, light therapy, antigravity, special IVS, a chamber of altitude, cryotherapy and bioeneric treatments.
They also have physical coaches for physical form and offer activities such as tennis, yoga, guided tours and hiking excursions and swimming on the lake.
Tecna high and avant -garde
One of the preferred elements of Gaitanos is their molecular laboratory, where they extract the blood mRNA to better understand the functioning of the bodies of the guests. He said they can learn about things like silent inflammation, acceleration of aging, antioxidant defense, hormonal balance and neurodegeneration.
It is also a fan of their anti -gravity ribbons, which make you feel lighter as you run, making less pressure on the joints.
“It’s the best anti-aging treatment I have,” he said, saying that he reduces his own weight by about 90 pounds, allowing him to run as fast as he did when he was a teenager.
“Immediately, I return to the somatic memory of youth in my body. Remove my mood because it makes me feel young.”
With training, a diet and a blood drawing, Gaitanos acknowledge that this place is not about relaxing, but of recovering.
“Relaxation and recovery are not synonymous,” he explained. “Relaxation means I’m not using more energy in the system. Recovery means I add energy to my body.”
And with recovery, hope is slowing down, not only for living longer, but also healthier.
This does not mean that they do not mind slowing down their aging, and so do their guests. To this end, Chenot also offers cosmetic treatments like Botox.
“I think beauty should be part of our health. You should like -yourself when you wake up in the morning. You should like what you see your mirror, because otherwise you will be depressed,” the document said.
Of course, none of this is cheap. The most basic program begins at 5,500 Swiss francs (about $ 6,275), and this does not include the room. The final price can reach as high as your imagination, according to the personalizations and additional treatments you want to include.
But Gaitos says that the palace has a lot of repeated visitors, some that come several times a year.
The Jet of Welfare set can also take advantage of his other Chenot Palace in Azerbaijan, as well as the properties of Chenot in Italy, Montenegro and Morocco.
